At PB Talent, we represent professional, working actors across film, television, commercials, and digital media.

Because we prioritize our current roster and the clients we serve, we review new submissions during limited windows throughout the year.

2026 Submission Windows

  • May 25th-29th
  • July 27th-31st
  • September 21st-25th
  • November 23rd-27th

*Submissions received outside of these windows will not be reviewed.

 

We are not focused on specific “types.”

Our focus is on actors who are ready to compete and book in today’s market.

We are most interested in talent who have:

  • Strong, current headshots that clearly reflect casting
  • A clear, identifiable type and range
  • Professional-level acting ability (training and/or on-set experience)
  • High-quality self-tape skills
  • Reel footage or strong recent booking clips (when available)
  • A solid understanding of the audition and booking process

Submission Requirements

During an open window, please make sure your submission includes:

  • Name and contact information
  • Current headshots
  • Resume
  • Demo reel or clips (if available)
  • Link to casting profiles (Actors Access, Casting Networks, etc.)

Please keep submissions concise and professional.

Review Process

All submissions received during an open window are reviewed within 10–14 days.

If there is potential for representation, we will be in touch.

If you do not hear from us within that time frame, it means we are not moving forward at this time.

We encourage you to continue pursuing opportunities and to resubmit in the future as your materials and experience evolve.

Industry Referrals

We accept industry referrals year-round.

If you have been referred by a casting director, client, or industry professional, please have them reach out to us on your behalf

Our Approach

We are a curated agency.

Our focus is not on the size of our roster, but on the working success of the actors we represent. Every addition to our roster is intentional—based on how that actor fits into the current market and complements our existing clients.
