Eva Campbell-Morales has enjoyed success as a television and radio talent in Texas and California since 1980. One of the keys to her success has been her ability to provide seamless English/Spanish execution of audio and video projects.
Having grown up in a bilingual home, she moves easily from one language to the other, and enjoys a keen ability to imitate accents from other languages. In fact, her broad range of character voices has made her a favorite with the San Antonio advertising community.
Over the years, Eva served as production director and morning show co-host on Spanish radio station KZVE, in San Antonio. She also served as copy chief, head translator and proof-reader for Sosa, Bromley, Aguilar &; Associates, where she was responsible for such national clients as American Airlines, Anheuser-Busch (corporate and beer brands), Burger King, Coca Cola, Western Union, General Motors, Montgomery Ward, NationsBank, Bank of America, LensCrafters, and Payless ShoeSource.
During her tenure with SBAA Eva María was awarded a gold Clio for a Bud Dry radio spot which she wrote, cast and directed.
In 1992 Eva established Paraíso Translations & Talent. Through Paraíso she offers a wide range of services in both languages, including: Spanish translation, copywriting, talent referral, Spanish dialogue consultation for audio/video production, and broadcast talent services.
Most recently, Eva has made a name for herself as a spokesperson for Lack’s Furniture Stores, in Texas (since 2002); Olindes Furniture, in Baton Rouge, LA (2003-2007), and as the host of various corporate projects and videos. She has also served as Spanish and English host of the show SnapShot Long Beach, for the city of Long Beach, and is the current Spanish-English host for Pulse of the Port for the City of Long Beach.
